First of all, thanks. I appreciate the fact that you are here, reading my blog.

I have some beyond wonderful news. In THIS POST I told you about Andrew being diagnosed with Cancer for a second time. He called Bryan last night to let him know that he will NOT have to have surgery or chemotherapy. The tumor is small. There is medicine that Andrew can take - Biologic Therapy - that should eliminate the Cancer within 6 months.

He's coming in to work today. Bryan told him to take a few more days off but Andrew wants to work (such an impressive work ethic).
God is good. God answers prayers. Praise God.
This is really good news but Andrew still has to fight. Please say a prayer that all goes well in his treatment. With all my heart, I want to do a post letting you know that Andrew is 100% healed. I want to share how God has answered our prayers... yours and mine.
Just a note... I'm going to take a short break from blogging. I need the time to nurse my broken heart over Carol Hannah's Project Runway loss concentrate on holiday preparations. I look forward to getting caught up with you around the first of December.

What!??!! I have to wait clear till the first of December for another post. Ouch! Oh well, if I have to. In the meantime, enjoy your Thanksgiving holiday. We all have a lot to be thankful for. I'll pray for Andrew.

Happy Thanksgivin to the dusty house. I have lots to be thankful for this year, mostly for chemo, even though I hate it. Yesterday the tumor was undetectable. Thank you for your prayers.

That is good news. I saw a news story recently about some cancers that have their own little genetic defects that can be taken advantage of with a certain medications. The people in the clinical trials have had great sucess with tumors shrinking and disapearing rapidly. Of course this will only work in certain cases where the cancer has this mutation but every little advantage we can find over it helps.

I have read the same thing today from a few other people I follow about taking time off. I want to do that so much. I can't seem to break away yet I am stressed because I have to much to do yet I want to blog.
