As happy as I am that the Saints won, I am sad for my buddy
Keetha. She may be crazier about the Colts than I am the Crimson Tide (sure, I spend half of my life in Bama t-shirts, but I've never worn a crimson mylar wig). Knowing how crushed Keetha was tempered my "SUPA BEAUXL!"... my "WHO DAT!"... my "GEAUX SAINTS!" enthusiasm.
I believe that Keetha can appreciate the perfection of a moment. So instead of the hooping and the hollering, I am going to post a picture from Sunday that speaks to me in a mighty way (and since I filched the photo, I will offer a reminder that I make NO money from this blog)...

A father's delight in his son.

And he had tears in his eyes too. This is a great shot.
What a season! What a great picture...what a great moment! Yey!
No better prize.
Dam
I was rooting for the Saints, too.
When I first read the post I thought it said you spend half of my life in Banana t-shirts!
I live to capture moments like that. It's amazing the power of a photograph. There's another awesome picture of him holding his son but his son has big earphones on to protect his little ears from the noise. That one's pretty adorable also. And I'm sure that whoever that photographer is, he's very wealthy now ;-)
I'm sure we will be seeing this shot in the future. Excellent. Nothing better than loving your little man.
Have a terrific day. :)
It's the baby-sized headphones that just make that picture.
Great picture. Something very human in it.
I loved that image too and seeing the tears in his eyes. We were happy, weepy and quite loud on Sunday night.
THAT was a sweet picture.
that is an awesome photo!

I felt bad for Keetha too! But loved the Father/Son moments.

I loved seeing him with his son like that. It was real.
